Joseph Joseph Index Advance Chopping Board Set Dark Grey 60031

Description

Cross-contamination between raw meat, fish, vegetables and cooked food is one of the leading causes of foodborne illness in home kitchens — and it's entirely preventable with the right system. The Joseph Joseph Index Advance Chopping Board Set in Dark Grey is the next generation of Joseph Joseph's multi-award-winning colour-coded board system, redesigned with a more robust case and easier access. The set includes four colour-coded chopping boards, each with a clearly illustrated tab indicating exactly which food type it should be used for: raw meat, raw fish, vegetables and cooked food. The colour and icon system is instantly intuitive — even for other household members or guests who haven't been briefed on the system. Boards never get used for the wrong food type when the guidance is this clear. The boards themselves are knife-friendly polypropylene — tough enough to handle daily chopping and slicing without dulling your blades. Sloped edges catch crumbs and liquids neatly, and non-slip feet on both sides of each board keep them stable on the counter during use. All four boards are dishwasher safe. They slot into a stylish Dark Grey storage case that keeps the set tidy and compact on the counter, with a non-slip base to prevent the case from sliding around during retrieval. Available at Red Rhino in Dark Grey and Silver as part of the Joseph Joseph Kenya collection. Also available: Index Small Opal set. Explore more kitchen and dining essentials at Red Rhino.
