Joseph Joseph Index Advance Chopping Board Set Silver 60030

Description

The same award-winning Index Advance colour-coded chopping board system — in a sleek Silver case that gives it a premium, contemporary look on any kitchen counter. The Joseph Joseph Index Advance Set in Silver brings the same food safety intelligence to Kenyan kitchens in a finish that pairs particularly well with stainless steel appliances and modern kitchen fittings. The Index system is simple but profoundly effective: four colour-coded boards, each with an illustrated tab that designates its purpose — Raw Meat (red), Raw Fish (blue), Vegetables (green) and Cooked Food (white). Cross-contamination between these food groups is one of the most common sources of kitchen food safety issues, and this system makes the correct choice completely instinctive for everyone in the household. Each board is knife-friendly polypropylene with sloped edges to catch liquids and crumbs during prep, and non-slip feet on both sides for stability on the counter. All boards are dishwasher safe. The Silver storage case keeps the set compact, organised and ready to use, with a non-slip base. Whether you're preparing nyama choma, fish fillets, kachumbari or chapati, each board has a designated purpose that keeps food prep hygienic and efficient. Available at Red Rhino in Silver and Dark Grey as part of the Joseph Joseph Kenya collection. Also available: Index Small Opal set. Explore more kitchen and dining essentials at Red Rhino.
