This is the practical starting point for anyone upgrading to the Space range: the 24cm is the right size for eggs, pancakes, fish fillets and small stir-fries; the 28cm handles chicken breasts, family omelettes, sautéed vegetables and most everyday cooking tasks. Both share the same heavy gauge aluminium body for even heat distribution and the same ceramic non-stick coating — free from PTFE, PFAS, PFOA, lead and cadmium — in the premium Midnight Blue finish. The included felt pan protector preserves the ceramic surfaces when the pans are stacked. Both pans are compatible with all hob types including induction, oven safe to 232°C / 450°F, and dishwasher safe (hand washing recommended). SwingLock™ handles are 20-year lifetime tested.
