Joseph Joseph Totem Compact 40L Waste Separation Unit Stone 30064

Description

For smaller kitchens, apartments, or households that don't generate as much waste, the Joseph Joseph Totem Compact 40L Waste Separation Unit in Stone delivers the same intelligent design as the Totem Max in a more space-efficient footprint. Two 20-litre compartments stack vertically — general waste on top, recycling below — each with a removable bucket featuring bag-retaining hooks and breather vents for easy liner removal. A 3-litre removable food waste caddy is included for kitchen scraps and compost, storable in either compartment or on the worktop. A replaceable activated carbon filter in the lid uses airflow technology to reduce moisture buildup, the main cause of bin odours — keeping your kitchen fresher between empties. The hinged lid features an integrated rest hook for convenience. The Stone finish is warm and neutral, fitting naturally into most kitchen colour schemes. The Compact's vertical layout means it occupies significantly less floor space than a side-by-side dual bin, while still offering full waste separation — ideal for Nairobi apartments and smaller kitchens where every centimetre counts. Wipe clean with a damp cloth; avoid abrasive cloths or strong chemicals. Available at Red Rhino as part of the Joseph Joseph Kenya collection. For larger households, see the Totem Max 60L range.
